Anyway, here are a couple of self portraits. We're preparing for that last month of pregnancy. It's a beautiful time in our lives, and we look forward to meeting our little one.

Changing Positions
The child has made my life a little less comfortable today. I believe he/she was awake most of the night, and I don't know that I've had a moment without movement today. What a busy little one!

I think I need some rest now.

49 days until Baby is Due!
I feel like I still have so much to do and quite a few items that we still need to purchase, including diapers. I need not stress, because I know that I have some diapers and diaper covers on the way. This is merely one of the diaper covers we'll be getting!

29 Weeks to Date
It's hard to believe that I'm already 29 weeks pregnant, and I'm sure I look at least this far along now. I've heard that I look big for only being this stage in the pregnancy, but I don't feel much different. Plus, I can do most everything I could earlier on. The biggest difference are the nudges I get in the ribs and the stomach throughout the course of one evening. Last night, I think I felt a little hand up in my ribs. I'm not sure though; it was 2:30 am. Anyway, this is me now.

On another note: Luke's started a contest at work and people are supposed to guess what sex our baby will be and when he/she will arrive. Whoever guesses the closest to the date and the is correct about the sex will win one of his six-packs of home brews. It think everyone's excited about this little contest. What do you think we'll have? And when do you think our little guy/gal will arrive? Maybe I'll think of a good prize for the guess that is best here.

KLTworks Inspires the Nursery
I'm hungry, tired, and crabby quite often these days. I just wanted to be the first to admit it.
Nonetheless, I've been trying to research all the essentials that we will need for our little tike. And as I research, I often get sidetracked and run into other sites that motivate and inspire me to decorate the nursery. Anyway, I absolutely adore the creations that KLTworks offers. I especially found their son's nursery rather inspiring. It's simple, cute, and functional. That's exactly what I aim to do with our nursery for our little one.
And check out these adorable plush animals and pillows that are available in their etsy shop or on their site.

Wool & Kids
So... I'm now 15 weeks along in the pregnancy, and our little kiddo is the size of an apple! I keep finding all sorts of fun ideas for the nursery. Recently, I've found these nicely designed felt toy boxes from wooli.
And today I began exploring ROMP, a store that began in Brooklyn with two moms who obviously love cool stuff. Now their store is exclusively online, but they're located near me here in the Hudson Valley. Check out their new baby section. Fun stuff!
It would only be my dream to have a store with cool stuff like this. For now, I've created an Amazon store, Play Time which features a few of my favorite finds for kids.
