We actually explored the hidden stairs in Brookline the day after Christmas. Walk Boston: Walking Tours of Boston's Unique Neighborhoods, the book that Luke received for Christmas has numerous unique guides of Boston's various neighborhoods. These pathways and stairs are up and down several high hills, which gave us an opportunity to overlook the city in many areas. This fairly strenuous walk marks the legacy of the great glacier that passed through New England. Pictured below, Luke stands at the beginning of our path: Summit Path. Above, you will see some of the stairs that we climbed in the beginning of the journey.
