Handke Home: Anyone know this Graduate?

A lot happened during our holiday season. Therefore, I'm still trying to catch up with all of my thoughts and post the fondest of memories. If you didn't already know, I'm now living with a doctor, a *PhD graduate! Yeah, I guess you could say I'm proud of him. He graduated on December 16, 2005.

December is an especially busy month for us. But, this year was exceptionally busy! The day prior to this graduation, which was held in Omaha, NE, was our four-year anniversary. (We obviously didn't do much celebrating this year.) So, not only did we have an anniversary and a graduation, but we also had a wedding. That's right! My brother's wedding occurred on December 17, 2005. Insanity! While Luke was in Nebraska graduating, I was in Tennessee helping Jeremy and Ashley celebrate their wedding on December 17, 2005. (During my stay in Tennessee, I celebrated Christmas with my side of the family. And Luke celebrated Christmas with his family back in Omaha.) Blah! It was one crazy holiday!

But it all ended very nicely, because we were able to be together for our very own Christmas celebration. (Needless to say, we didn't spend much on one another this year.) The best part of this Christmas was the opportunity to be together.
